👂 Listen to your body — modify when needed. Smart training > injuries.
🥗 Fuel right — nutrition is key! Give your body what it needs. If you’re not sure how, reach out to a pro (nutritionist, coach, etc.).
😅 Have fun — smile, embrace the shake, enjoy the burn.
