Instagram removed my Summer Burrata Salad last week which was a shame as it was REALLY delicious, so I’m reposting it today on this gorgeously sunny Friday afternoon! • It’s our rich, creamy and indulgent @waitrose No.1 Burrata from Puglia in Italy is nestled in a salad of chopped melon, chopped cherry tomatoes (I used our Pome dei Moro tomatoes for a distinctive flavour), Serrano ham, fresh mint, finely sliced chilli and a decent drizzle of No.1 Valli Trapanesi Virgin Olive Oil from Sicily.
