Thyme England. Spending the last few days at this stunning, family run estate has been so special. A little village within a village, this collection of thoughtfully restored historic buildings offer beautiful accomodation, a restaurant & bar, cooking school & kitchen garden, and peaceful spa. After full, long weeks of travel, having these days here have been such a welcome & needed pause ... a chance to slow down, to ramble through the fields, linger over delicious meals and to breath deep.
