Excited to share that I’ll be teaching a Strength & Stretch class @yoga626studio every other Sunday morning at 10:45 am, starting this Sunday! This class will combine stretching & mobility with the 6 foundational movement patterns using weights (2-15 lbs.) You might be wondering why, as a personal trainer and owner of Strong Girl Era, I’m teaching at a yoga studio. Honestly, I saw this as an amazing opportunity to bring together two things that I believe complement each other. Yoga lovers can greatly benefit from incorporating strength training, and strength trainers can find so much value in the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. This class is the perfect mix of both worlds, and I can’t wait to offer something different for everyone!
