The second photo is the love letter my grandpa wrote to my grandma on Nov. 13th 1953; I just happened to find out of a stack of their letters while looking for a sign of what to say at our proposal. We didn’t realize the letter’s date until recently, we didn’t get to pick our wedding date of Nov. 13th 2023 (it was on a Monday btw), we didn’t even know our parents were both married on the 13th until after being married on the 13th! What’re the odds.. Sometimes the universe just calls and you can say yes to something people call an unlucky number or an illogical way to choose a life partner but I’m so happy we said yes and continuing to defy the odds 💫 @garrett.josemans I fell in love with you for your kindness, intelligence, honesty and wit but I’m staying for the fish 🎣
