VEGAN ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN NYC I’ve been to @colettanyc a couple of times and their dishes always surprise me. Everything here is vegan and you will find plant-based versions for famous Italian dishes plus pasta and pizzas. Since my sister was visiting me in the city and she is a vegetarian, I invited her to have dinner and these were our choices: - Appetizers: Lemon Ricotta Toast & Fried “Calamari” - Main: Eggplant Lasagna & Campanelle al Tartufo - Dessert: Dark Chocolate and Lavender Lava Cake & Panna Cotta Coletta was founded by Chef Guy Vaknin, who is also behind Beyond Sushi.
