Just a reminder to cut your hair! If you get a baby trim every 10-12 weeks after a cut like this, your hair will continue to grow, stay healthy, and not break. Once you have a split end, it continues to split up that hair strand. Now imagine 1,000 of your hair strands have split ends and do not get addressed. It’s going to continue to split and break and it will seem like your hair is not growing.
