OVER THE MOON ♥️ @michelinguide is back in austria and we came home with 2 MICHELIN stars @rotewand_chefstable, Young Chef Award @stiegerjulian and 1 GREEN star Rote Wand Stuben @manuel.hofmarcher A dream come true! Over a decade ago in 2003 @wirtderrotenwand & @walchnatascha had dinner at @marc_veyrat in Megève. That was the moment when Joschis dream of MICHELIN stars for Rote Wand started. Now with our @rotewand_chefstable and chef @stiegerjulian, the Rote Wand Stuben with chef @manuel.hofmarcher, a lot of hard work, passion and innovation this dream finally became reality. Huge congratulation and thanks to @stiegerjulian and @manuel.hofmarcher, whose dedication, talent and creativity made this possible.
