You can do this daily! I love to incorporate it into my Gua Sha practice or skin care routine. Wash your hands and cleanse your face before you do this exercise. Use your finger, the rounded end of a clean make up brush or pencil or an acupressure tool (the one I am using is from amazon, just search “acupressure tool”). Use a medium pressure to stimulate each point (this should never hurt or bruise and remember this video is sped up 2x so move slowly and gently) Hold the point for 30 seconds, release and repeat for a total of 3x.
