In alignment with this beautiful full moon, I am so grateful to share the harvest of a dream seed planted long ago: Commune Apothecary. A true Californian herbal apothecary that focuses on hyper local (meaning from my organic garden!) seasonal herbal goods, community events + workshops, and recipe ritual guides. Commune Apothecary exists as a digital and physical sanctuary space where we can come together, share wisdom, healing, and engage in the wild magic we’re offered on Earth. It’s a space of remembrance, a bridge between ancestral practices and modern living. At the heart of Commune Apothecary is the belief in the guidance of the land to lead us, in the transformative ritual of good food, and in the capability in each of us to be our own healers. At the heart of this apothecary is the belief that when we come together in openness and curiosity, that our healing echoes through every space we inhabit. I’m interested in being in community because community is all there is; we don’t need to change the whole world, we just need to be in reciprocity with those around us. These herbal goods will be offered slowly and seasonally, this apothecary will function in flow with the energy of the seasons, in alignment with what my garden is offering, in reciprocity with the land. It will not be rushed nor compromised for the sake of production, we move slowly and in gratitude around here. Under the umbrella of the Commune, I will also be offering herbal workshops, plant walks, and ceremonial dinners. You may have already seen my first two events announced: Tulsi Temple, A garden workshop (that has 2 spots left!) and Herbs for Creativity being held at my favorite place @tea__at__shiloh . What a beautiful opportunity to come together, sit with the plants, and learn how we can be supported by the things already so generously offered to us by the land.
