Are you working out, trying your best to see changes, but at the same time feeling stuck? Repeat that first sentence again. Are you TRULY challenging yourself?💡🧐

Here’s a few tips on how to improve your workouts 👇🏼

Have a plan - know WHAT you’re gonna train when you step into the gym & even better what kind of exercises you’ll do. Being prepared is more important than you’d think, it will get you into a routine & focus straight away instead of losing time on what you should next & doing random exercises.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Set a time frame! Tell yourself to complete your entire workout in X time. Why? Because it will help you stay focused, improve work capacity and have better muscle pumps. I personally prefer to get my workouts done within 60-75 min. If you don’t you’ll most likely be on your phone too long inbetween sets or talk with others which will get you cold & lose pump.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t stick with the same weights! Try to improve your lifts weekly, you may not be able to pick heavier weights every single week but you can for sure apply progressive overload through other ways:
*switch repranges to 15,20,25 even 30
*add an extra set
*add extra focus on your eccentrics moving the same weights.
