NYC! Meet Carlos Santos, the owner of Nadas, located in the West Village. Nadas is known for their delicious and colorful Colombian empanadas 🌈 @nadasnyc began operating at the beginning of the pandemic, when they fed hospital workers as a thanks for their hard work. They pumped out over 3,000 meals a week, offering their delicious food to fuel essential workers. A saying they stand proudly by is, “If you can’t come to our table, we’re going to bring our table to you.” Nadas operates with the intention of bringing love to everyone through the flavors of their incredible empanadas. In 2021, they applied to be a vendor at Smorgasburg and got in! The experience helped them gather their group of empanada fanatics and teach them the ways of a small business 🫶🏼 And now, Nadas has their very own storefront in the West Village!
