Sausage and Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner I love doing different variations of this meal because it is so easy to switch up. You can add white beans, protein pasta, or any type of veggies/sauce that you like. Let me know if you try it out! How to: + Slice 1/2 red bell pepper and dice 1/2 sweet potato and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Roast at 400 for about 15-20 minutes. + Add 2 sliced sausages to your sheet pan and put back in the oven for another 10-15 mins until sausage crisps up + Add sausage and veggies to a large bowl, add 1-2 cups of arugula, 1/4 c sauce of your choice (I used the roasted red pepper pesto from Trader Joe's) + Chop up 1/4 c cashews and sprinkle over top
