#stitch with @Courtney Mermaid miserable, insecure people love to pass off their feelings of worthlessness onto other people, especially people who seem to love themselves. Misery loves company and unfortunately a lot of these people get into positions of authority so they have access to people they can abuse with impunity. They also seek validation and worth from their position and the automatic respect given to them (because it’s definitely not earned). It’s ridiculous how many doctors, teachers, managers and coaches don’t care about what they do more than how they are perceived. #actuallyautistic #neurospicyruminations #neurodivergent
