Our highlight of the year was the BOLD FACES conference under the Free To Be Me program by @hivos that brought together young East African digital activists to exchange notes on how to navigate the digital space, storytelling from a data collection perspective, and donor funding. @nze_eric_griffin from @lifelineempower 🇺🇬 that caters to GBQ men. They talk about the visibility impact this partnership has had on their organization and beyond. How telling our stories gives back power in our hands, is a powerful statement that shows the significance of having these conversations.
