“You and Us: To My Past”🤍 • I wrote this a couple of weeks following my baptism. A recognization of the challenges I was facing saying goodbye to so many parts of myself I was so comfortable with. Because sin feels comfortable. But, saying goodbye becomes a lot sweeter knowing what I’m saying hello to in a God that uses all of me, past and present, to create an eternal comfort over my life. I have no doubt that all of me, every part of who I was and will be, is going to walk through the same door one day because my testimony is not just one part of me... it’s ALL of who God has created for me to be.
