How it feels to run my third Brooklyn Half 🤪😪🥹🥇🥇🥇 This is my favorite race in the whole wide world. It was my first half marathon back in 2019 (peep the throwback pic feat. #1 supporter!) and not only taught me that I CAN run long distances but also that I kinda like it lol. The course is a negative split runner’s dream, with tree-covered rolling hills in Prospect Park for the first half followed by a straight, flat shot down Ocean Parkway to a finish line on the iconic Coney Island boardwalk. Beat my time in Nashville by 30 whole seconds 🤪🎉 S/o again to @sumsumc13 who mentored me through this training block. (This was supposed to be our victory lap running together but a delayed flight kept her in Florida and we aren’t going be over it any time soon.) Spring race szn, ✅✅😮‍💨
