12.21.2021 - the day I flipped Basel's world upside down, exactly one year ago 🥺🤍 Alhamdulillah I'm still so proud of myself for being able to keep this secret from him for a WHOLE WEEK - I needed some time to be able to get a cute little onesie to surprise him with 😂 Also funny story - the first person I told wasn't Basel.... it was my program director LOL. I was on the interventional radiology service when I found out and didn't want to irradiate myself (ie, bebe), so I told him and he switched me to a different service 🙌🏼 thankful to be a part of a very supportive residency program
