RAKU-ICHI ~ FUN-ONE 🇯🇵✨ This gorgeous wooden chalet was hand built by its owner over 30yrs ago and is still nestled away in the trees of a secret garden in majestic Niseko. A wooden bridge leads through a garden, winding up to the steps of Raku Ichi, a small, exclusive & superbly unique dining experience. Raku ichi is home to a world famous Soba Master, (a title that demands over 10yrs of training), so it goes without saying you can expect to have Soba noodles on the carefully curated 7 course menu. Every dish has unbelievable attention to detail, equally as special tasting as the soba noodles. The noodles themselves are prepared from scratch in front of you, an extravaganza foodies from all over the world have travelled to see, including legend Anthony Bourdain!
