Community is everything. I was honored to attend yesterday’s MLS All-Star Hometown Heroes event in St. Paul, in the presence of incredible leaders making a real difference in the Twin Cities. I was moved and inspired to hear from our distinguished Hometown Heroes -- Ekta Prakash, Muhammad Abdul-Ahad, Marisa Miakonda Cummings, Tony Sanneh and Braxton Hailey. Every day, they address needs and challenges within their community and positively change the world.

I’m also thankful for Black Players for Change for continuing to build bridges in communities across North America and always aspiring to achieve the greater good.
