1st attempt making this sponge cake inside jelly~ using pure white + red strawberries. best of both worlds!! a classic vanilla sponge w yuzu crème in strawberry yuzu jelly~ one of the hardest cakes i’ve made.. won’t be offering it until i get it completely down so please don’t ask :))
