Last night I had a 4 hour dinner with some friends talked about everything you can possibly talk about. When I came home I realized I miss the music business but what I really missed was the conversations about artists about marketing plans and about music never about numbers. I remember when I got the Big Mac sampler from Puff we did not really know each other but when I got it I thought it was the most brilliant thing I saw in a long time I called him introduced myself and a friendship began. When you make choices it comes from your heart brain gut mine always came from my gut not saying that is the right way but it worked for me. When I hired someone I really did not want you to have experience so you can do it your way and figure out what works for you and to be a leader not a follower. Music business let’s get back to that follow what got you to where u are there should be no rules just follow your path
