Healthy skin starts from within!
Obviously, these are not all necessary but I’m testing various things to see what works well for me. I recommend doing your own research before deciding to try any of these.
1. @drwhitneybowebeauty Bowe Growe: I add two drops to my water every morning. Love the taste and it’s very refreshing in the mornings! It contains potent polyphenols which act like probiotics so they promote the growth of good bacteria.
2. @thenue_co Prebiotic/probiotic supplement: the most necessary supplement for me! Helped improve my gut health and was the starting point of my acne healing journey. TIFFANYCGLOW for 20% off your order!
*3. @zitsticka MOODFOOD: just began taking this but the blend of natural herbs is supposed to help with breakouts and period symptoms.
*4. @humnutrition OMG omega 3: improves skin barrier function
*5. @humnutrition vitamin D: supports mood, immunity, and skin health.
6. @highlinewellness CBD oil: honestly not sure if this one does much but I take it just in case. Helps with regulating stress levels
*7. @elsavalija Skin Clearing supplement: this contains pantothenic acid which I have heard a lot about recently. I’ve seen that pantothenic acid helps people a lot with acne. I’ve been taking it for about 2 months now and I have seen great results. My skin is noticeably less oily (which leads to less breakouts) and my pores have gotten smaller as a result as well. Overall, my skin feels stronger. The downside is that you have to continue taking it in order to keep your skin clear. As you know, I don’t want to rely on any products so I will likely only take this a few times a week going forward. And maybe only during the summer when my skin is extra oily and more prone to breakouts.
