ROUND 2 IS HAPPENING 🔥💪🏼WE ARE BUZZING!! @fourfitnessltd The first month was that good...we had to do it again! With most of our OG gang wanting to stay on with us we have a limited number of spots available for round 2 which will go LIVE FRIDAY 2ND SEPT 12PM 🚨🔔 We had a few people asking us to share what they can expect from the sessions so here is a breakdown below ⬇️ MONDAY FULL BODY BURNER LIVE 6:15AM - 40/20 - we focus on fundamental movements guiding you through the techniques of each exercise and how to progress safely throughout the course. TUESDAY - BOOTY BUILDER LIVE 6:15AM - 20/20/20 - this is a lower body focused session allowing you to understand that mind to muscle connection. When I say it burns it BURNS! Resistance band recommended but not necessary. WEDNESDAY - HIIT IT WITH HOLLY LIVE 6:15AM - 20/10 - this is a fast paced cardio session with fun combinations that can be progressed with light weights. Raising that BPM without even realising it. We stay on our feet for the entirety of the session which means absolutely NO BURPEES! 🙅🏼‍♀️ THURSDAY - FOUR WALLS OF HELL LIVE 6:15AM - own pace - this is our weekly challenge where you will time yourself to see your improvements each week. Focusing on improving fitness rather than a number on the scale! FRIDAY & SATURDAY - VSTEP VIBES - pre recorded - you will have two dance aerobics sessions each week to save and complete as many times as you wish! Think old school fitness dvds with funky pop anthems 🕺🏽🎉 SUNDAY - we have our weekly group catch up which is an opportunity to ask any questions you have about absolutely anything All classes are around 45 minutes including warm up and cool down stretch 🧘🏼‍♀️ Also included - 8 x recipe books - my fitness pal documents - personalised calorie & protein target - protein cheat sheets - printable progress planner - 1-1 zoom progress chats - private Facebook community support If you struggle with accountability then this is for you 💪🏼💜 Watching me attempt some of Holly’s moves on a Wednesday is also worth it 🥴😂 We can’t wait to see some new faces on round 2 😍🕺🏽
