This means having a solid understanding of Point A- what is your financial situation right now? Where is your revenue coming from and where is it going? What's working now and what's not? So the first step in creating a plan is assessment. Assess your current situation, so you know what's bringing in the cash and what's draining your bank account. Once you identify these things, then you can make a plan that will actually work!
