What kind of sorcery is this?!! I had to be home today for some reasons so I was taking work calls as usual. I tried really hard to lock myself in a room but the kids kept knocking and banging the door. I also tried to distance myself from Idris but that boy can smell me. When I'm home, his cranky level goes up 100 points and he wants me to put him to sleep/carry him around/feed him/watch him breathe. It was impossible to pay attention to my meetings. In the end, I put him in a box. Next to my face. That didn't go well either. 🤣 With flexibility being a growing work trend and even enforced by law now, companies have to address this for sure. I'm so intrigued how people actually do this effectively because everyone's working hours won't align as easily. Are there guidelines that your company operates with? Teach. Me. Your. Ways. Fellow.
