It is a day to embrace JOY as an essential element of resilience. Together we will create a new tradition and a new way of healing ourselves and each other. Take time to show gratitude to your own mental health providers in celebration of this day! - Send a note to say “Thank You” - Bring flowers, fruit - any small token that’s accessible to your next appointment - Give them a referral! - Stick with them in your progress on the road to Joy! - Post and share one of the #BMHPDay images on your Social - Complete your homework 😁
