Macmillan supported Em's Mum when she was going through cervical cancer, being someone to turn to when she needed to talk and supporting her financially. She took on Brave the Shave to help us support other people affected by cancer "Anyone who is thinking about braving the shave I would say go for it! It is very liberating! It makes you realise how powerful it is for people that lose hair from treatment. I’m known for my curls. Everyone is shocked at it but people have also been so supportive and friendly." "It is so important to raise awareness so people know what help is out there when you get a cancer diagnosis. Macmillan have helped my family so much.
