Friday feels & gratitude for my love @gavskidaw. 💕 I went to the fridge this morning to see what we had for breakfast. I was craving eggs and we were fresh out. I remembered today is our local farmers market! Excitedly I got on my bike and cruised over. I brought bags instead of a backpack, such a rookie mistake that for some reason is exceedingly challenging for me to get over, and on my ride back, I ate shit. Truly, my bike went under me, there were veggies strewn across the street, cracked eggs, and a very shaken up me. Adrenaline pumping, I picked up what I could salvage and limped to the side of the street. When I got my breathe back, I called gav. After asking if I was okay, cheered me up instantly with the suggestion of doing some breathwork and making an omelette (when life gives you cracked eggs 🍳😂). I’m reminded today to never take life for granted. It’s a gift to be here each day. Moving slow and basking in gratitude for my favorite human @gavskidaw who always knows what to say when life gets weird and for all the other incredible souls on this path. Lots of love fam 💛 P.S. We may be getting married on this day (!!!!) October 7th, 2023. Perhaps some intuition coming through that this day is one to remember, be grateful for, and appreciate for the rest of our short and sacred time on this planet.
