Randomly came across this clip during our @quiksilver.snow trip back east. This was the @vans World Championships at @kirkwoodmtn 2 weeks after the Nagano Olympics. I was so pissed at how the Olympics went down for me, I was in full contest psycho mode. I was all about trying to learn something new in the pipe. The upside down front 9 at the end of that run was what i figured out. This comp was also the end of two runs combined format. This was the first comp we ever did that was a best of 3 run format. Everything changed after that. Progression became the focus in comps, not repetition. Probably my favorite pipe comp run of all time. #TB7Straightouttaheaven
