Yes I know @bemelmansbar is all the rage. (We wrote about it. Remember “Nostalgia is the New Cool”?) But I have to tell you that right across the hall is @cafecarlyle and sitting there having a 🍸 listening to someone sing in that room is one of the most special things you can do in New York City. And at a time when so few things feel truly special, this still does. I had a sneak preview of @petercincotti’s show tonight and our friend @erichbergen opens the season tomorrow.
