Why I do what I do... it’s for YOU! It’s been awhile between introduction posts, so settle in with a ☕️ or 🥂 I started Champagne S’il Vous Plaît Christmas 2016. I was mama to a 4.5 year old (Bébé), wife, small business owner (I had my own clothing line), and struggling with secondary infertility after loss. I wanted a space just for me where I could dabble in my love for fashion, even though I wasn’t sure of my own personal style yet. I spent many years covering up my tummy, arms etc - feeling self conscious of my curves and not really knowing what my own style was, or even thinking about what my shape was and what would suit me. About a month after I started CSVP I found out we were finally pregnant with our rainbow 🌈 (Bambino) and together here we grew together - literally. I was huge ha ha! Post pregnancy I slowly discovered my own style and a confidence to wear what I wanted and not try and hide my shape, perspective really changed things for me. We had finally completed our family after years of trying to conceive, and for me I realised that life is so much bigger than a curvy tummy or flat bum etc. I also discovered a passion to share not only fashion, but specifically fashion for other women like myself with curves and to help inspire you to embrace your bodies, style and love for fashion too. We deserve to feel amazing and not put off buying or wearing something until we get to an X amount on a scale or label.
