With the holding Mo-Food founded together with @nniederkofler, we follow numerous initiatives, based on the principles of our #cook_the_mountain concept, promoting an ethical model that from the kitchen embraces design, fashion, energy, ...
These include @cares_ethicalchefdays as a project which became an institution in the field, taking each year chefs and various personalities together from all over the world.
Through @alpinn_food_space_restaurant, we have managed to go beyond the concept of a restaurant in the classical sense, practicing respect for the environment and the people.
Moreover I am among the board members of @museion_bz Private Founders, the museum of modern and contemporary art in my city.
With Mo-Food we are, then, at the strategic direction of @hortorestaurantmilano cooking philosophy and at the helm of an exciting new initiative that will revolutionize the world of green energy.
