“Never Forget” These were the words we said, but it feels as if we’ve forgotten. 🇺🇸 Our country has become divided in many ways and on many fronts. We were united as a country, but it shouldn’t have to take war to keep us close together, for us to love and be kind to one another. Over 50,000 US citizens were wounded in action, and almost 7,000 killed serving our country during the post-9/11 era of Afghanistan and Iraq. My hope is that we can honor those who went before us and remember and “Never Forget” the sacrifices they made to give us the freedoms we have today.
