Day 1 in GTown is going well!! Rolled in last night about 11 pm, after an @uncrustables stop at Walmart in Brawley...didn’t have to tow my toy hauler down here so the drive was easier for me, but still some seat time from Medford! Ice cream trucks were hot and heavy by 7 am here at cement flats....appreciate you early risers needing something from them that early, whatever product that may be.....🤔 Hit a bike ride first thing this morning, something that I’ve been too cold to want to do lately, and was much needed! Gecko rd is fricken packed, which pumps me up. As soon as I got back I unloaded my car and prepped to head out....and then got asked “do you wanna go to the hill in the trucks?”.....ummm, yes. I sure fricken do! I love adventuring. This seemed like that. I have a thing about saying yes to pretty much anything and everything; I was invited to a breath work class earlier this week...I also said yes to that, so that’ll be cool. Idk why I thought that was relevant here but I did. Hope everyone has an amazing Thanksgiving week/holiday/whatever you’re doing! If you’re out there riding, be safe....there’s a whole lotta people here, and EVERYONE needs to make it to Christmas. Hope you take that serious. There’s already trash poking out and it’s stressing me out....largely beer cans/bottles, but also tons of water bottles. I’m a big water bottle guy myself so I understand the need, but keep your trash contained. Beer drinkers- keep your buddies in check, you can be nice but get the point across to your friends- leaving your cans at the hill isn’t acceptable to you. Gross people things.
