Top tips for working out on holiday 🏝️
Sometimes being out of our normal gym routine (even on a holiday) can feel quite stressful and counterintuitive to our progress. Here’s a couple things I suggest to keep on top of that!
Get your steps in: Explore the new city you’re visiting!! You’ll be surprised how far you walk when you’re having a look around 🌇
Using a different gym:
Go in and train all your favourite exercises/ variations of your favourite exercises. Stick to what you know and love; just enjoy the movement and change of scenery! 🏋️♀️
Don’t overthink it:
Holidays are meant to relax and recharge. Don’t stress about training the whole time! In the grand scheme, a week out of routine isn’t going to set your progress back at all. Give yourself a break and enjoy the time off!! 🍹
