TUESDAY - BOOTY BUILDER LIVE 6:15AM - 20/20/20 - this is a lower body focused session allowing you to understand that mind to muscle connection. When I say it burns it BURNS! Resistance band recommended but not necessary. WEDNESDAY - HIIT IT WITH HOLLY LIVE 6:15AM - 20/10 - this is a fast paced cardio session with fun combinations that can be progressed with light weights. Raising that BPM without even realising it. We stay on our feet for the entirety of the session๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ THURSDAY - FOUR WALLS OF HELL LIVE 6:15AM - own pace - this is our weekly challenge where you will time yourself to see your improvements each week. Focusing on improving fitness rather than a number on the scale! Itโ€™s a killer...but you feel unbelievable after it๐Ÿ”ฅ FRIDAY & SATURDAY - VSTEP VIBES - pre recorded - you will have two dance aerobics sessions each week to save and complete as many times as you wish!
