Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa, who made a name for himself tackling New York City crime, offered to tackle the city’s rat problem this week. Curtis Sliwa, who lost to Mayor Eric Adams in the 2021 election, offered to help Adams with his residential rat problem by using feral cats. Sliwa, who has 18 rescue cats with his wife, suggested organizing a feral cat colony for a building owned by Adams. He brought two with him to the building owned by the mayor.
