Cholesterol: Helps repair & strengthen skin moisture barrier. 3 Types of Ceramides (NP, NS, EOP): Ceramides are naturally occurring lipids. They mimic the skin's natural moisturizing system & form a barrier over the skin to prevent moisture loss. Ceramides plays important role in having a healthy skin barrier & keep the skin hydrated & healthy. My experiance: 💜The balm has a thick and luxurious texture. Despite being thicker than most creams it spread and melts into my skin beautifully. It doesn’t feel sticky or unpleasant. 💜I love this so much. As already mentioned, I’m using prescription tretinoin which can sometimes cause dryness and peeling and this works so well. I normally use this at the end of my skincare routine at PM and it soothes, nourishes and protects combo-dry skin. It makes my skin soft, smooth, and flake-free, but still feels nice to the touch. Despite having an occlusive and rich texture does not clog my pores or make me shiny or oily. 💜This is so multipurpose and it can be used on the face, body, lips, hands or anywhere where my skin requires extra nourishment, it really does alleviate the patchy and flaky issues that I have on my skin. It also comes in handy when you may have over-exfoliate or damaged your skin barrier (proven by yours truly) 💜I love how simple, yet immensely effective this balm is on my dry-combo skin.
