A small bit of news that’s not really news anymore: we are moving to Tokyo! 🇯🇵 As some of you will know, this is not my first time at the relocating-to-Japan rodeo, but it is possibly my last! The past five years in London have been huge, and I’m feeling a lot of things about leaving. Overall though I’m just excited at the prospect of being able to shop good menswear in my size again 😮‍💨 Falling in love with someone from the other side of the planet is illuminating, life-affirming stuff, but mostly it’s just very inconvenient, because the idea of “home” becomes stretched so far across the world that it loses its shape. In any case, home for both of us shall soon be a small house 6000 miles away. Moving country always has a flavour of death about it too, because people start asking “how long have you got left” and act as if they’ll never see you again. But you will! We’ll be back in London (and beyond) for work and play when we can. And we look forward to welcoming all of our friends to Japan 🤗 来月ロンドンから東京に移住します! 次は日本で会いましょう
