“Smile or you are doing it wrong.” ~ @amglaze Webster’s definition of smile: A facial expression in which the eyes brighten and the corners of the mouth curve slightly upward and which expresses especially amusement, pleasure, approval, or something scorn. There is definitely power within the smile! There are times I find myself deep in despair or discomfort, especially during a long effort. By shifting my attitude towards a mindset of gratitude and amusement, I find myself being refueled with power and enjoyment. I often times download standup comedy to listen to deep in an event. It’s amazing how the pace picks up when you are smiling inside and out!
