This Saturday come SHAKE some thangs out !!!! In collaboration with @goodmoveny we come together in a monthly ceremony to explore the depths of our inner world to create space for healing and growth in our outer world. In honor of Black History Month, this session of CEREMONY will celebrate the future and where we are going, and release what hasnt served us in the past. CEREMONY OF YOU is centered on grounding our energy, releasing tensions from the body, and creating an abundance of space to allow our spirits to run free. This weeks ceremony will be co- led by myself and @therapart_ newest partner & faciclitator @vailrobert Class begins with focused breath work, paired with guided meditation, focused on calling in ancestors or guides that will be with us throughout our exploration. After meditation we begin a guided movement section and then explore free movement, navigating the extremes of the body in motion. We finish our ritual with a closing ancestral ceremony followed by poetry and journal- based art therapy. All classes are donation based and all proceeds go to @therapart_ , link in bio 🧚🏾🕺🏾
