Cannoli Cold Foam Espresso Martini IB: @Amanda INGREDIENTS: Espresso Martini: 2 oz vodka 2 oz espresso, cooled 3/4 oz coffee liqueur 1/2 oz Irish cream 1/2 oz simple syrup Cannoli Cold Foam: 2 Tbsp @traderjoes sweet cannoli dip 1.5 oz heavy cream METHOD: Brew your espresso, then set aside to cool. Brush some of the cannoli dip on the side of your glass. Place some chocolate chips on top, then place glass in the freezer to set. Add 2 Tbsp sweet cannoli dip and 1.5 oz heavy cream to a glass. Whisk until smooth and fluffy. Set aside. Add vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, Irish cream and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
