Final set I dropped the weight and went for a burnout of 20 reps.⁠ ⁠ 2️⃣ SINGLE ARM DB ROW 4 sets 10 reps. The variation of this exercise set up just allows me to hit my lats so much better!⁠ ⁠ 3️⃣ T BAR ROW 4 sets of 10 reps. Increasing weight each set to force progressive overload. This machine setup feels really good!⁠ ⁠ 4️⃣ SINGLE ARM SEAGED CABLE ROW 3 sets of 10-15 reps. This is one of my favourite back exercises as I love the contraction I get!⁠ ⁠ 5️⃣ HIGH CABLE ROPE FACE PULL 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
