I remember like yesterday, when Anna Wintour @voguemagazine asked me, a junior market editor at the time, to track down the two young fashion students that ‘just showed at Parsons’. Without much more info than that, I managed to find a random 917 number that maybe belonged to @lazro at @proenzaschouler. Since that moment, discovering and nurturing young designers, helping them grow their businesses, and connecting them with my customer @modaoperandi has been among my greatest personal and professional achievements. This award is shared with my amazing team at @modaoperandi, who do this important work season after season with the next generation of design talent.
