“Life is good because God is good.” That’s a phrase I’ve used a lot recently. A phrase I use when I’m with the people I love. A phrase I use when I’m genuinely happy. A phrase I use when I’m just having a good time. But most importantly, it’s a phrase I use while I’m living on mission & serving the Lord. Life is never better than when you’re bringing God glory. I repeated that phrase a countless amount of times this past week simply because God is so good. He gave me the opportunity to go and proclaim His name to the people in Peru. & I believe there is no greater thing than sharing the good news with others. Whether your mission is across the world or just five minutes down the road, He is still using you for His name’s sake. But it’s on us to seek out His will for our mission & then take the initiative to GO. Pray, wait, & trust that He is using you/will use you in the future. Our job is to intentionally seek out opportunities, say “yes, Lord”, & then go live on mission. After we do that, we can look back, thank Jesus, and say “life is good because God is good.”
