What a lovely human - Joe was a pleasure to work with to capture his headshot. A former Delta airlines station chief, we spoke about his time in Ukraine and Russia many years ago, against the backdrop of recent events. We also talked about some of his adventures as a former teacher and bus driver, some of which had me rolling with laughter.⁠ ⁠ A little moodier lighting for someone with a bright personality, but I think it works for his experience and wisdom.⁠ ⁠ I used a two light setup here. My key was a 42" octabox camera right at Joe's shoulder and aimed at his cheek.
