I’m passionate about progress, both in my own journey and in the journey of others. Training for my first marathon, the 2020 U.S. Olympic Trials, was a steep learning curve. There is so much in marathoning that has to go right: long runs, nutrition, and intra-race fueling, not to mention staying healthy and injury-free long enough to put together a good training block. That first marathon was a struggle. The next few marathons were steps in the right direction, but I still had a long way to go. In the fall of 2023, I raced the Chicago marathon and hit the Olympic Standard. Habits were starting to stack and things were finally clicking. 2024 was a phenomenal year as I qualified for and competed at the Paris Olympics and placed 7th at the New York City Marathon. Over my 6 years of marathoning, I’ve accrued a lot of hard-won experience. I’m excited to share what I know with you to help you on your marathon journey. I’ve partnered with my friend and his team to create this app, Accomplice. I’ve been involved every step of the way, and I’m proud of what we’ve created. We’ve included @andrewstorer, the man behind the cinematic magic of the docu-series, to create a beautiful 12-week video course in which I breakdown the fundamentals of how to run fast marathons. And now it’s ready to test. We're looking for passionate runners to join our paid beta. Your feedback will directly shape the future of the app, and you'll get to interact with me and the team. Apply to our beta by Thursday, July 17th at 10 a.m. MDT. Link in bio to apply.
