St. Paddy’s Sour 🌈 INGREDIENTS: 1.5 oz melon liqueur 1 oz vodka 1 oz lime juice Egg white or 1/2 oz aquafaba METHOD: Start by prepping your glass. Carefully pour sugar sprinkles in six sections, in rainbow order. Dip the rim of your glass in simple syrup, then firmly press onto the sprinkles. Place glass in the freezer to set. Add melon liqueur, vodka, lime juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously without ice. Add ice, then shake again. Strain into your prepped glass, and enjoy!
