“Lemon” and “Statues in the Garden (Arras)” are two of my favorite songs I’ve brought to the band. Getting to collaborate with the incredibly talented @sharonvanhalen on “Lemon” made an already personal song (👋 @nadaalic) feel that much more special. @kennyjamez took my half-baked video treatment and beautifully brought it to life and went above and beyond for us under crazy tight deadlines. Thank you @jamikwolfe for the mind blowing animation on the “Arras” video and for creating the illustrated world of Sour Lemon. Thank you @chriscoady for your masterful production and sonic wizardry & @jherekbischoff for the glorious string arrangements. For as awful as 2020 has been, releasing these 4 new songs has been a meaningful reminder of how grateful I am for my bandmates and for the community of amazing people around us.
